Sonia and Steve launched Quirky Bar in Leongatha in 2025, inspired by their shared love of music, retro nostalgia and the wild energy of Quentin Tarantino films. What began as a simple hobby—mixing quirky cocktails at home—quickly grew into a full-blown passion.

With Sonia’s creativity and Steve’s 30 years of chef experience, they’ve created a curated menu of over 40 signature cocktails, each one playfully named after a Tarantino classic—from Pulp Fiction concoctions to Kill Bill-inspired zingers.

Vintage décor, old-school tunes and a laid-back vibe bring it all together, creating a bar that feels like stepping into a cool, cinematic time capsule—equal parts fun, funky and unmistakably theirs.
